As a professional advertising and portrait photographer, I grant you the comprehensive, legally sound licenses required for marketing in the commercial packages. Since these images are used to generate profit, the licensing fee is proportionally higher.

In short: With the commercial packages, you are acquiring the license to generate revenue, which justifies the price difference compared to purely private usage.

For the photoshoot, you only need to bring your clothing options for styling. Once the location is set, and makeup arrangements are made, just pack your clothing choices, and we'll handle the rest.

Absolutely! I collaborate with a skilled team of professionals, including dedicated makeup artists and hair stylists. You have the option to book their services on top. The prices for these services may vary based on your needs and how frequently you desire new stylings. To provide you with a personalized and professional offer, I'll need to understand your specific requirements, so prices are available upon request. This ensures that you'll have expert assistance in enhancing your appearance and bringing out your best features, allowing you to step in front of the camera feeling confident and ready to shine.

Absolutely, the choice is entirely yours. While we've found that individuals often feel more open and at ease when attending alone, we understand that having someone there for support can be important.

If you feel more comfortable or simply desire some added reassurance, you're more than welcome to bring someone along to your photoshoot.

Our aim is to create an environment where you feel relaxed and free to express yourself, and we'll accommodate whatever arrangement aligns best with your needs and preferences.

Absolutely! If you find that you'd like more photos than the agreed number, you can purchase additional images separately. The prices are listed under "Pricing & Services."

You will receive your final digital photos within 2 weeks after the photoshoot if you don't give me another deadline.

During this time, I will carefully select, edit, and refine the best shots to ensure that each image truly captures your personality and essence.

Please note that the timeline may be longer for printed versions. Details regarding prints, including framing and sizes, can be discussed once your preferences are determined.

In the event that a deadline cannot be met, we prioritize flexibility and understanding. If a delay arises, we work together to establish a new feasible deadline that accommodates both parties.

Should a situation arise where I need to cancel the scheduled date (and not you), and a new suitable deadline cannot be arranged that works for you, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

If I've already began planning the photoshoot, and you decide to cancel during the planning process, a 20% commission fee will be retained to cover the hours invested in preparation and planning. If I did not began with planning you will have no costs at all.

At the core of our approach is mutual respect and transparency, ensuring that both parties are treated fairly in unforeseen circumstances that may affect the agreed-upon timeline.

If the desired location is situated farther away from Feldkirch/Austria, travel costs will be applicable beyond a 30 km distance. If travel by car is feasible, the rate is EUR 0.50 per kilometer driven, starting from 30 km away from Feldkirch/Vorarlberg, Austria.

In cases where travel by car is not viable, adjusted travel expenses will be discussed and agreed upon with you. My aim is to find the optimal solution for each photoshoot and ensure that reaching the chosen location is as convenient and reasonable as possible. Your satisfaction and a seamless experience are of utmost importance to me.

If the weather isn't suitable for the outdoor photoshoot on the scheduled date, we'll reschedule the session at no extra charge. Your comfort and the quality of the photos are our top priority.

Absolutely, you can have your photos printed according to your preferences.

The printing fee will vary based on the type of prints you'd like (because of different size and framing options). To provide you with a tailored offer that aligns with your desires, we would need more information about your specific wishes. Feel free to share your requirements, and we'll be more than happy to create a personalized quote that suits your needs.
