You will receive your final digital photos within 2 weeks after the photoshoot if you don't give me another deadline. During this time, I will carefully select, edit, and refine the best shots to ensure that each image truly captures your personality and essence. Please note that the timeline may be longer for printed versions. Details regarding prints, including framing and sizes, can be discussed once your preferences are determined. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I strive to provide you with the highest quality results.

Regarding the absence of specific prices, the cost varies depending on your individual needs and the scope of the project. We believe in offering tailored solutions to match your requirements precisely. After you've given the "go" for planning the photoshoot, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the commission fee. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the final retouched images but before their delivery. The final images will be provided after payment has been received. This arrangement allows a convenient planning process for the photoshoot and straightforward payment process, ensuring that you can focus on your photoshoot experience without any added complexity.

If the desired location is situated farther away from Feldkirch/Austria, travel costs will be applicable beyond a 30 km distance. If travel by car is feasible, the rate is EUR 0.50 per kilometer driven, starting from 30 km away from Feldkirch/Vorarlberg, Austria. In cases where travel by car is not viable, adjusted travel expenses will be discussed and agreed upon with you. My aim is to find the optimal solution for each photoshoot and ensure that reaching the chosen location is as convenient and reasonable as possible. Your satisfaction and a seamless experience are of utmost importance to me.

In the event that a deadline cannot be met, we prioritize flexibility and understanding. If a delay arises, we work together to establish a new feasible deadline that accommodates both parties. Should a situation arise where I need to cancel the scheduled date (and not you), and a new suitable deadline cannot be arranged that works for you, you will receive a full refund of your payment. If we've already begun planning the photoshoot, and you decide to cancel during the planning process, the 20% commission fee will be retained to cover the hours invested in preparation. At the core of our approach is mutual respect and transparency, ensuring that both parties are treated fairly in unforeseen circumstances that may affect the agreed-upon timeline.

My images are meant to be seen – they are statement, style, and story all in one. As the creator of the photographs, I use selected works for self-promotion: on my website, in my portfolio, on social media – and sometimes even in galleries. But nothing is published against your will. If you prefer to stay under the radar, I fully respect that. Just let me know – we’ll make a clear agreement.
